BESSY User Meeting in Adlershof
Despite a cyber attack on the Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin, the meeting will take place as scheduled
On 15.06.2023, the Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin (HZB) became the target of a cyber attack. All IT systems were shut down for protection. The research centre cannot be reached via the website, email or telephone at the moment, and all user experiments at the X-ray source BESSY II have been suspended.
Despite this, the 15th BESSY User Meeting will take place, which will be held in Adlershof from 22-23 June. On 22 June from 9 am the doors of the WISTA Event Centre at Volmerstraße 2 will open for registration, with the programme starting at 10 am.
The Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin also invites you to a public panel discussion as part of the User Meeting. This will take place on 22 June from 5 pm. Registration is not necessary:
