The Charlottenburg Innovation Centre (CHIC) offers a wide range of state-subsidised offices for Berlin-based start-ups across 5,500 m².
When you move in, you can choose an office of the right size (e.g. 14 m², 30 m² or 50 m²) – depending on which stage of setting up or scaling up your business you are currently at. Of course, it is also possible to rent several office spaces.
If your business model proves successful and you need space to grow, you can expand within CHIC by renting additional offices (subject to availability).
