Kathrin Goldammer honoured as one of 15 Electric Women
RLI Managing Director is one of the world's most remarkable women working to electrify mobility
For the fourth time, the Transformative Urban Mobility Initiative (TUMI) acknowledges the world’s most remarkable women in mobility with a dedicated publication, this year honoring them as Electric Women. The 2022 edition shines a light on outstanding women working to electrify mobility. RLI Managing Director Kathrin Goldammer is among these 15 women from every continent. This year, Kathrin is the only woman from Germany with this award. Her commitment was awarded during a ceremony event on March 21.
“Decarbonizing transport takes a huge effort and will impact everyone’s life. I want women to be represented in the field and to be part of the decision-making processes”, Kathrin says, pleased to be awarded for her work in this area.
TUMI is the leading global implementation initiative on sustainable mobility formed through the union of 11 prestigious partners including the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development. With Women Mobilize Women, TUMI specifically addresses the need to involve and empower female change-makers in the transport sector to progress mobility systems and to cater to women’s needs. Women Mobilize Women serves as a network and information hub.
