ST3AM focuses on people and their needs in the various work phases. For this purpose, spaces are designed as five needs-orientated zones: There are workstations for concentrated individual work, meeting zones to promote cooperation, places to retreat, a maker space (in Adlershof) and WISTA Academy programmes for lifelong learning.
The rental of workspaces—whether entire rooms or a single desk—is possible either via individual tickets or a membership, which also provides access to the other working spaces. Membership not only gives users access to a workstation and the shared rooms, but also to cooperation, a large network and the greatest possible flexibility for people and companies. ST3AM's services are aimed at individuals as well as companies and researchers.
